Come to our weekly Meisner drop-in class in Brighton open to everyone from beginners to old hands
Brighton Meisner's Drop-In class is a place for people to explore the technique through practice and observation of others. The nature of the technique is such, that it is about personal development, and does not require one's partners to be working on a similar level. Thus, it is open to anyone interested in the technique and is aimed at all comers, whether new, or experienced, professional actor, or otherwise.
The goal of the group is to improve each members acting skills and this is done through activities that are based around Meisner's repetition exercise. The focus of each session will differ, but tutors are usually able to adapt their classes around the needs of the students.
